Summer 2010
Wow! Spring flew by and now we're sweating in the 90 plus degree weather of Summer. This issue brings some special treats and among them is a new series of stories by John M. Floyd. The series is called Law & Daughter. Mr. Floyd is a talented and much-published author whose work is known by many. There even more stories and columns to keep you sitting inside with the AC. Virus/Trojan Issue: UPDATE: Norton is delcaring us a safe site once again. There was something in some files attached to the podcast area that was causing an issue. Jason, out Webmaster, removed the files and Norton took another look and says we're good. The situation will be monitored.
The Short Mystery Fiction Society issued the annual Derringer Awards and this year's winners are: BEST FLASH STORY (Up to 1,000 Words) BEST SHORT STORY (1,001 - 4,000 Words) BEST LONG STORY (4,001 - 8,000 Words) BEST NOVELETTE (8,001 - 17,500 Words)
