WINTER 2012 Well, it's still Winter, though in Philly the weather is not all that bad. It usually isn't except for an occasional year which breaks the records. Even if it's a mild season, it's still time for the Winter issue. This outing, Mysterical-E offers readers some great winter entertainment. If you're in a part of the world where the weather is cold, make some hot chocolate, pull that blanket around you, and spend some time reading. If you're fortunate enough to be in a warmer climate, pour yourself a lemonade or some iced tea, get comfortable, and peruse the issue. One of our stories this issue comes to us from 1961 via Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine. The author, James A. Haught, asked if we'd republish his first story sale and we were delighted to be able to do so. There's much more in this issue, including new entries in John Floyd's Law and Daughter series and in Rosemary and Larry Mild's Slim series. You'll also find the first part of a novella, I. Van Laningham's Nine Dragon River (parts 2 and 3 will follow), and other stories you'll enjoy. Of course, our ever faithful columnists are back with more advice, opinions, discoveries, and interviews. And a bit of BSP: I'm pleased to announce the publication of my new book: ![]() Before he dealt with that Murder On Camac,
