REVIEW OF CAROLINE CARVER 'S
BLOOD JUNCTION

By Jodie L. Ball

When India Kane agreed to travel to Cooindia, Australia to meet up with her best friend, Lauren, she didn't expect to find herself accused of not one but two murders. The most she expected was to spend time with Lauren and learn about her family, all of whom she believed to be gone.

What Lauren finds instead is a town still divided by bigotry and racism and only the tiniest amount of hope for freeing herself.

With the reluctant aid of Mikey the Knife, an ex-police officer, India sets out to find the real killer and clear her name.

Blood Junction is the first book, of many, I'm sure, by Caroline Carver. Though the ending is a little disappointing, rich, vivid characters, an exotic setting, and intrigue make Blood Junction a must read.
